The Outback at Deer View Preserve is on our 80 acre farm and is located almost 3 football fields from us-- its wayyyy out back there..
Although we have lived here 32 years, we never realized the deer population back there until we began staying in this home while our personal home was being remodeled. The deer are around all day, although you will see them mostly at dawn and dusk. The deer are so beautiful that we decided to decorate to the deer and wildlife theme, so you will see a great deal of custom artwork depicting our wildlife. You will frequently see fox, wild turkey, and birds of all species including eagles and hawks. Not to be overlooked are racoons, skunk, snakes, mice, and coyotes. When you live as far out as we do, you can expect a variety a nice and sometimes not so nice critters.
You will also notice that I love color... no drab things for me, it must be lively. Not overly so, just alive.
This home has a living room and a separate family room. The dining room has a table that can be converted to a bumper pool table or card table for game night.
The primary bedroom suite has a large bathroom with a step in shower and his and hers closets. The bed is a California King sized Purple Mattress which we find to be exceptionally comfortable.
The two secondary bedrooms are quite spacious. One has a full and a twin bed, the other has a full bed and a desk (for those who just have to work...)
The kitchen is very accommodating with a tremendously long counter and an island. All appliances are new and of special interest is the 4 burner induction cooktop. It generates almost no heat for the house, all heat is contained in the special cookware. It heats very quickly and efficiently. There is a large countertop oven, just the right size for a pizza or a pan of biscuits.
Explanation of Cleaning and Security Deposit
Since you are a previous guest, you have established a reputation with me as someone I can trust. I would like to offer you the opportunity of cleaning up this home for yourself. All cleaning supplies and instructions are provided AND I will wash and replace all linens. If you will do everything else (dust, vacuum, mop--if necessary, clean bathroom, clean kitchen) your entire cleaning and security deposit will be returned. If you want me to handle these chores, my charge is $50 per hour. After you depart, I will quickly determine if any cleaning needs to be done and that charge will be taken from this deposit. If no cleaning is required, your entire deposit will be returned in the same way it was sent to me. Questions, just ask!

A 100% refund will be returned to guests who cancel 7 days prior to arrival. After that time, funds will be refunded only if the home re-rents to another guest.
